Format: bullet lipstick — a solid stick, not a liquid lipstick. One swipe is full coverage; blot and reapply for the longest wear.

On different skin tones: lip colors pull bolder and brighter on fair skin and softer/more muted on deep skin, because your natural lip color mixes with the shade. Nudes with a brown or mauve base are the most forgiving across skin tones; if a nude washes you out, go one shade deeper.
